WINGED HEART AWARDS
Excellence in healthcare deserves recognition. The Winged Heart Awards is a prestigious program established by the Clark County Medical Society (CCMS). This annual tradition honors the dedication, compassion, and expertise displayed by medical professionals who are making a real difference in the lives of patients across Southern Nevada.
Clark County Medical Society Winged Heart Awards
Established in 2013 by former CCMS President Dr. George Alexander, The Winged Heart Awards was initiated to honor nurses, health-focused nonprofit organizations, and first responders in Clark County. The public can submit nominations until May 15th, 2027. The Clark County Medical Society (CCMS) is now accepting nominations for its fourteenth annual Winged Heart Award. This event is an opportunity for us to come together as a community and recognize the incredible dedication of local healthcare workers in our community. We encourage residents of Southern Nevada to submit a nomination for someone who has made an impact on their lives.
Criteria for Nomination:
- Nurses must be currently affiliated with local practice or hospital and must provide a necessary service to patients on an inpatient or outpatient basis.
- A nonprofit nominee must be a registered 501(c)(3) whose mission is to provide outstanding medical/healthcare work and promote wellness within Clark County.
- First responders (Fire/Police/EMT) must be currently working in Clark County.
